Atty. Denisse Kirsten Lourds Madrid

Atty. Denisse Kirsten Lourds Madrid is a graduate of Juris Doctor in the Arellano University School of Law, having previously earned her degree in Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Santo Tomas.

She primarily handles complex and intricate cases calling for the wary examination of the facts of the case and exhaustive application of Civil, Commercial, Criminal, and Labor laws, giving her the opportunity to hone her legal expertise in the said fields of law. In addition to her acquired legal proficiency and knowledge, which is heavily backed by her extensive foundational experience as an intern for the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the law office of Atty. Ernesto G. Gasis, and as a Party-List Election Paralegal, Atty. Madrid likewise refined her legal practice by constantly being exposed to a variety of legal works, such as but not limited to: (i) Handling and overseeing cases of clients with minimal supervision and guidance, including drafting of pleadings, motions, manifestations, and papers submitted before appropriate judicial and quasi-judicial bodies; (ii) Handling client meetings, closing deals, compromising disputes, and other oral-oriented tasks which are necessary tools for providing an effective and efficient legal service to clients; (iii) Attending case hearings, including the preparation of oral arguments, manifestations, objections, and ancillary matters relevant to the case; (iv) Handling and answering queries of retainer clients; and (vi) Reviewing drafts of pleadings, contracts, documents, and papers.
