Atty. Daniel Philip V. Barnachea

Atty. Daniel Philip V. Barnachea (DVB) is a graduate of Juris Doctor (2021) in the Arellano University School of Law.

He became a member of the Philippine Bar in 2022 and began his legal practice as a Junior Associate at Joven Law | Attorneys-at-Law where he primarily handled cases in (i) Civil Law, particularly on foreclosure of mortgages, enforcement of loans, annulment and/or enforcement of contracts, recovery of possession and/or ownership of land, recovery of sum of money, and civil forfeiture; (ii) Land Registration cases particularly on the judicial application for land titling, cancellation of titles to lands, cancellation and/or application of subdivision survey plans; (iii) Criminal Cases involving violations of Bouncing Checks Act of 1979 (B.P. 22), Estafa and other deceits, and the Money Laundering Act; in specialized fields such as (iii) the law on Cyber Crime Prevention Act and the Data Privacy Act; and in (iii) Taxation Law giving him the opportunity to hone his legal expertise in the said fields of law. In addition to his acquired legal proficiency and knowledge of the aforesaid practices of law, Atty. Barnachea likewise refined his legal practice by constantly being exposed to a variety of legal works, such as but not limited to undertaking registration of a corporation, corporate housekeeping, and/or performance of the duties of a corporate secretary.
